Their cleaning service is so so, but completely unreliable with their scheduling and customer service, and ultimately felt violated with my privacy and intrusion of personal space. They were listed on Craigslist and I like the idea of having more time with activites I enjoy on their website. They come across as very professional and I didn't mind paying a little more since it was a family business and thought I was going to get better service. There are 2 guys & 1 woman. They have left our floors sticky, beds unmade, and a aweful smell in our home. They are not consistant. They are never on time if they do show up. They claim their email and phones don't work all the time as their excuse. They start off your service claiming they will do over and above, then reduce that each and everytime they come to clean.
