My wife brought my tie the Monday before Thanksgiving 2018 and was promised it would be ready Wednesday afternoon. It wasn't. I picked it up today (12/01) and was charged for cleaning even though the spot wasn't removed. Really? This was our first and last dealing. Their customer service overall was far less than 'superior. ' I would give them zero stars if Google would allow it.
