When we first met Troy *****, the owner, he presented to us a professional image of a person with many years experience and a company we can trust and rely on to do quality construction. We signed a contract thinking we got the right contractor for our projects, siding, windows, roof, bathroom, HVAC system, LED lighting, painting and other renovations. This job was sold and project managed for us by Richard *** who is supposedly friends with the owner Dr. Neng ****. Richard *** was terminated for insubordination and incompetence on February 13, 2020. Bernie **** was informed by me personally of this and to direct all future communications involving the project to me. In the meantime Bernie and or Dr. **** hired Richard *** directly to work on additional projects at the facility. This lead directly to sabotage of work in place. We had a very straight forward contract planned out. Once the process started with MN Superior Exteriors and they received their first payment, their communication, work progress, job completion, and integrity started to depreciate drastically. Once we discussed our concerns with their progress and lack of communication they became extremely unprofessional and didn't return our phone calls, emails, texts then tried to blame the lack of work completed on my family. It's what I should have expected. I suppose contractors have a reputation for a reason. After several text exchanges, I agreed to meet Nathan at 2:00 PM today. I took time away from work to meet him. At 2:16 I texted to find out if he was having trouble finding my home. No response. I waited until 3:30 PM before calling the main office. After some sorting of information, I was asked if I wanted Nathan's cell phone so I could call him directly. Perhaps it was a typical response.
