Since this institution took over what was once, Hayward Credit union, it has been an absolute NIGHTMARE of an experience being a member. Clearly, they are trying to grow and expand before they have the capacity to do so successfully, sacrificing quality for growth. Their policies are horrid, and expensive. Trying to get ahold of someone in customer service is also a nightmare for anyone that doesn’t have 20 minutes to be placed on hold, during the work day.
