7/16/23 tried to open an account online. Was told I could not open an account due to having a credit freeze on my credit. 7/21/23 unfroze credit and reapplied. Was told even though they had my application PLUS the front and back of my drivers license which is real ID compliant PLUS my mothers maiden name PLUS my wifes ss # as she was the beneficiary, PLUS a copy of a utility bill, my external bank account was linked to this application, and no freeze on my credit that I could only apply if I came in in person.
