This is the best dealership service team ever! Woody and the service Manager, Derrick, worked so hard to figure out what was going on with my 2011 Chevy Equinox and it's now working correctly! I'm am truly truly grateful. After being, mislead and taken advantage of by so many others (including other local dealerships) for the past four years, I almost gave up hope. I was originally quoted $400 , got here and suddenly the price was $900+. They stated that they had a lot of complaints and the quote was wrong. Then fix it! I feel like I have gotten the old bait and switch
I want to give a more thorough recount of my the experience my partner (Keshandra Drew) and I had at Superior Chevrolet. Our service advisor was Adam Pelkey. My partner pulled her car into their garage at 7 and Adam came out to talk to her. While I was parking my own car, she talked to Adam for a few minutes about the issue the car was having and why we were here.
