We have purchased several vehicles from Superior. Always a great experience. They have re-vamped their staff and in my opinion, it's for the better. We will continue to refer our friends and family here.

Service Dept. 07 Impala starter replacement. Diagnostic $125.00 Fair and standard. $150.00 Labor labor - fair . $600+ for starter part - rip off. How to win Friends and influence people. Will not do business with them again or refer.

This dealership is a JOKE!!!! Back in 2014 they tried to convince me to refinance my truck and instead they overcharged me and raised my APR essentially making my monthly payments higher. I got rid of that Chevy 3 years ago and have since continued getting spammed about a Chevy I no longer have, even though I have told them repeatedly that I know longer have the truck. We were referred to Superior by a friend who is a store manager from another dealership because of their awesome rebates. Our initial point of contact was Katy F*****, but our sales rep was Rudy (we never got his last name, it's not in the paperwork nor did we receive a business card). We explained that we wanted a Malibu with dark interior. However, we test drove one with light interior.
