This is a business that truly puts customer service first. Very knowledgeable about how all carpets need to be cleaned. They took the time to know exactly what my area rugs were made of , and then told me how they would need to be cleaned. They picked up and delivered my rugs in a timely manner, keeping me updated with pick up and drop off times. The rugs look amazing. I appreciate that this level of customer service still exists.
