Run from this place unless you want to get unwarranted charges for no reason.the regular staff are awesome but ownership and management have a hateful vibe about them. Been going there for 5 years and cant fathom how they treated us. I guarantee they will respond to this and twist it. All lies. Be wary.
As bad of a customer experience as you can get. I would leave zero stars if at all possible. I had to walk 5 hours to a Madeline island marina just to get the boat functioning. Tried to hit us with erroneous fee's and ruined what would have otherwise been a great get away. Almost as though they have no desire for repeat business. -- The below response is completely unfounded and this company has no scruples. Superior Charters & Yacht Sales were fantastic to work with for our summer charter experience. They were extremely accommodating when I needed to adjust my booking. Checking in and out with them is a breeze and their staff of captains are very helpful in planning your time in the islands sharing great knowledge and tips.
Great boat and staff. This is our 8th year and we are hoping to go again next year.
Our group had a fantastic tour of the Apostles aboard a Jeanneau. I was impressed by the whole process, beginning with the communication to reserve the trip, pre planning checklists, boarding packet, boat condition and exit process. Everyone at the company is pleasant to work with and we hope to be back next year.
