I had called Stacey and left a voicemail regarding scheduling a carpet cleaning, she didn’t get back to me until almost a week later due to a family emergency, most companies wouldn’t even call back, although we scheduled with a different company due to a rush job. I was very happy that Stacey took the time to call me back. We will be using them in the future!
