Fantastic service! My carpet looks brand new, just like they did on move-in day. The tough spots I thought were not going to come off, were not a challenge for Chris. Also it was very easy to communicate with him and he answered any questions I had. 100% satisfied customer and definitely recommend.
Initially, I contacted Heaven's Best but they never returned my call or even responded, so I moved on to Superior after looking at the reviews. My carpets have not been cleaned since I bought the house in 2020, so I felt it was time. Wasn't overly dirty but I like to get them professionally cleaned every few years. Incredibly helpful with information and an overall very kind person. He did amazing for our house that was 95% carpet that we had many pets in.
I’ve been using Chris for carpet and upholstery cleaning for over 5 years, and he has never once disappointed! I have 2 dogs (sometimes 4 when dog-sitting my parents’ 2 dogs), and my rugs and furniture come out looking nearly brand new every single time. He’s incredibly professional, very personable, quick to respond, and his pricing is more than fair for the quality of work he delivers. I can’t recommend him enough — he’s truly the best at what he does!
Let me start this off by saying I called 5 companies total before I decided on Superior. My prior tenants trashed my property and I needed it done asap and as good of a result as possible. One of the companies I talked to changed their price 3 times in one phone call, the other spent more time talking bad about their competitors than giving me a quote.
