Delay without notice then they canceled because of traffic. I will give zero star if I could
Unfortunately I can’t say it was a superior cleaning carpet . The technician was nice lady but the service was poor . I got stains I hadn’t before cleaning and the carpet didn’t get dry within 48 hours . I was given one price but after service was complete she asked to pay $20 more . When I contacted this technician, she answered that I had to keep 70 F and the stains are from the underneath sponge . From my experience it was the worst service I ever had.
Young kids and old dogs are a horrible combination when trying to keep your carpet clean. We had stains all over the place and old dog accidents that weren’t coming out. Stains are definitely not as visible anymore and the urine smells are gone. Thank you.
We had a company we worked with for a long time but the owner fell sick and we had to search for another. We’ll be calling you again soon.
