Scott is absolutely the BEST around! He’s reliable and dependable. He was able to get out stains that other companies in Texarkana told me were permanent. He also made my tile and grout look brand new again, which I thought was not possible! He truly cares about his work and his customers.

I get my GFs carpets cleaned every month faithfully. This month he left stains on the carpets he was told immediately but took 2 weeks to get back. Supposedly he treated with $50 of some chemical but looked the same- instead of simply saying or offering to redo the carpet & remove stains (at a cost of course) from carpet he tells her I quote his exact words "i don't make enough off of you to do for free" no one ever asked him to do for free.
