Took 70% (25k) down to purchase materials the beginning of July. He stated they would start within three weeks. Constantly pushed the date back listing excuse after excuse. Never started. We finally told him we wanted our money back in October and quit hearing from him.

Complete scam. Took $7000 for a down payment and never showed up. It’s been 5 months now and he still can’t produce a refund of any amount. He should be in prison.

No good! James took 70% down upfront promised to start construction within 2 weeks and complete within 2-3 weeks afterwards, weather permitting, completion around May 25th. He stated he would use the down payment to buy supplies at the time of contract. He did not buy the contracted supplies in a timely manner which he then tried to demand more money after 2 months past completion date.
