I very highly recommend Superior Home Health Care. Susan, the owner, is genuine, caring, thorough and professional. I needed caregivers for my mother for one month, and Susan made sure that my needs and my mother‘s needs were met at all times. Sue Paradis and her team of caregivers are indeed superior in how they care for their clients. They are trustworthy, kind and knowledgeable. They all kept detailed daily notes so I knew exactly what they did with and for my mom over the months they were with her. She was in hospice care at home, and had private caregivers as well as SHHC. Sue and her colleagues at Superior Care Solutions were wonderful with my cousin, being attentive but respectful of her privacy. In addition to providing excellent in home care, they helped coordinate her health care scheduling appointments and getting her to the doctor. And, they were entertaining, engaging in conversation and taking her out for excursions. They were terrific.
