We emergently needed care for my elderly father who fractured his neck and Susan responded to our need with kindness, compassion and promptness- as if it had been her own father. No other organization responded as she did. Her expertise , industry knowledge and careful selection of caregivers made her stand out among the multiple other reputable agencies we had contacted . Her caregivers provide compassion, humor and expert care. We are grateful to her and for her workers.

I very highly recommend Superior Home Health Care. Susan, the owner, is genuine, caring, thorough and professional. I needed caregivers for my mother for one month, and Susan made sure that my needs and my mother‘s needs were met at all times. Sue Paradis and her team of caregivers are indeed superior in how they care for their clients. They are trustworthy, kind and knowledgeable. They all kept detailed daily notes so I knew exactly what they did with and for my mom over the months they were with her. She was in hospice care at home, and had private caregivers as well as SHHC.
