Called twice to ask a simple question and they left me "on hold" for about 20 seconds before hanging up on me both times
18 hours to deliver to the nursing home, lied to the nurses 5 times in 4 hours that the driver had left. When driver arrived he refused to show his badge. Absolutly terrible. Called and they hung up on me when I tried to report the driver. Zero stars do not use
