Lied to me. I only signed up here because I wanted to use the new location in Niagara Falls when it opened. I showed up today and was told I cannot use it. Of course, the staff at this location lied to me to sign up to there, despite my asking 3 times can i use the one in NF. I only used the wash a few times because I don't go to St. Catharines often. Really love this place, my car is nice and looks fresh after its done. I will go there again for all my cleaning.
First time here since it was Superior Soft Touch (March 8, 2025). Really wanted to love it…paid for the “extreme” (the most expensive wash at $21.99). See for yourself in the below pictures. Very underwhelming - especially for the price paid. *Edit* I did increase my rating to 4 stars, appreciating very much the manager asking me to reach out and offering to spray down the back and give a free wash.
