Jim was very quick to fix my problem! The brush left itself on my vehicle while I was scrubbing in the self wash. Looked like the person before me drove thru a swap and washed it all off there. Don't turn the dial to stop to try to save time while you scrub cause it will eat the time and you will have to add more.
