Poor communication skills and unreasonable delays. I hired Superior to install cabinets and counters in my kitchen and washroom. The end result is nice, but there were several delays due to manufacturing issues and little communication about it. If there are issues it takes a long time to resolve because the cabinets are manufacturered in another province. We had Berni Harder and his team design and install our kitchen cabinets for our new cabin and we couldn’t be happier with it! Because we were dealing with an insurance claim, we had a budget and Berni understood and worked within the budget to create The most beautiful kitchen for us!
