We have been solid customers of Superior Cabinets for 10 or 15 years. 3 full kitchens, several smaller jobs. A few issues but always resolved. This time we had the weirdest experience! The local store felt they were way too busy to help. Even suggested we go elsewhere(?!) After a call or two they reluctantly provided a "proposal" that didn't include the finishing or sizes or any detail at all. Gave up on those guys so we called the other store - no answer.
