Had a 4 a.m. pickup to airport in Mobile for a 5:11 flight Cab didn't come. I called and he said he would be there in 20 minutes . We would have missed our flight! I even a confirmation the day before! Don't rely on this cab service

My father was staying at Ashland Place nursing home & rehab with a current diagnosis of dementia & paperwork 2 days from long term admission and treatment. After managing to have a staff member call Superior Cab he was taken to a hotel. The hotel called me to let me know he left his walker there & that he was once again picked up by Superior Cab.
