The worst property management. They do not respond to phone calls or email. They sit on assessment checks for months at a time. And they do not pay vendors on the building’s behalf. The worst part of it all, is Brian Kurtovic has excuse after excuse after excuse as to why things are not handled appropriately.

Brian kurtovic… If I could give him zero stars I would. He is my building manager and since day one (April) when I first moved in he has been less then helpful. NEVER returns my phone calls and emails. I finally had to have my dad call him to ask a question as simple as getting a plumber recommendation! At first he responded to maybe two of my emails and then just stopped. Brian Kurtovic, the property manager, is unprofessional and does not abide by the standard rules of a property manager. He does not respond to phone calls or messages, he does not communicate with his staff, and the conditions of his properties are in less than good condition. Recently, he sent out a memo regarding a change in internet service and did not notify residents or owners of a change in schedule for installation.
