At the time of the closing of our home we were given a form stating that Superior Builders Inc. was providing us with a 10 year structural warranty. I have found out that this warranty was never funded by the builder and is invalid. I complained to the builder but my complaint was ignored.
My home is only one and a half years old and I have had problems with the windows and I’ve been trying to get it fixed. No one returns my calls and nothing has been done about my windows. They are very drafty. Also, it took a year and a half to get most of the screens for my house, and I am still waiting on one more. Would not recommend this builder to anyone.

Bought new construction home 2018 - drywall hung with nails now have nail pops everywhere again, the drywall /plaster coming off all the entry ways, toilet wobbles because floor is not level, hung our clothes in closets to find them in floor with holes in walls because four of the closets organizers were not installed properly, tile in bathroom floor cracking, kitchen cabinet door falling apart again, wood laminate flooring separating , electrical issues -keeps blowing GFI's and breakers, rain continues to roll in garage eve... read more
