Would I recommend Superior Buick GMC? Absolutely. My salesman Aaron Siedschlag is friendly, knowledgeable, non-pushy. After I bought my first truck from him, I’d consider him a friend and have referred many of my associates to him afterwards. I’m definitely going to him and Superior Buick GMC for my next vehicle if that says anything about this review.
Superior sold us a traverse with a shotty transmission, and they knew it. When we purchased, we were promised all fluids had been checked, and everything was okay. Had they actually looked at some of the fluids, they would have noticed the metal in the fluid. When we went back to see what they would do to help repair the transmission, they stated nothing since we signed the as is paperwork. There is no one else we will ever shop with! The salesmen and employees go out of their way to help a customer even if it means they personally need to drive to Little Rock and back in a day to hand deliver a car! They work harder than any other dealership and are the most honest guys to buy from. They have amazing owners that have done a great job training everyone to care for their customers. Don’t waste your time anywhere else!
