Went in to get a fairly straight forward estimate. The estimator that helped me was friendly and professional, but unfortunately after sending me the initial estimate, I never heard back from him. Two of his colleagues even reached out to me to check up on the process for my car, yet even they stopped responding after a few messages. Very poor follow through with this shop, and the estimate itself was not thorough enough (other shops quoted for more repairs that this shop looked over). Excellent job. They'll fix your vehicle back to how it was. The paint job is great and body work too.
Do not take your car here. Hands down the WORST costumer service experience I have ever had. Not ONE TIME did I receive a proactive update about the progress of my car. They had my car for SIX WEEKS and I only ever got an update after I called/emailed NUMEROUS times. They are getting 2 stars because they did in fact repair the damage, but I will never be back, and I suggest you don't either. I have ZERO positive comments.

Outstanding customer service and outstanding work done on our truck! His estimate was lower than anyone else's and did great work! In fact, he went above and beyond by cleaning the inside and outside of our truck before we picked it up. I will definitely be going to him for all future work and will not hesitate to reccommend him to others!
