I was super hesitant after reading some of the older reviews. Please have no worries. Tom is a new owner and all the old reviews are from the previous owners. This was an awesome experience. Super friendly and knowledgeable. He didn’t meet our expectations... he exceeded them. We loved the service so much that we’ll be bringing our pontoon back this winter for him to do more updates. (Update) AVOID BOTH BOAT PLACES. THERE WERE 2 PLACES WITH THIS NAME DUE TO A DISPUTE. TOM STOLE OUR PONTOON ALONG WITH OTHER BOATS. CLEAR SCAM.... read more
I have had several projects completed by Superior Boat Repair as I extensivlely upgrade my 1995 Stratos 21' Center Console. I am getting ready for another upgrade project on it and they are the company I call again to complete it Spring of 2020. Btw, most of those old reviews here were pre-Superior Boat Repair, Tom and the new crew are top notch, give them a try!
Very poorly done restoration of vintage fiberglass boat. Paid a lot of money for very unprofessional job. Thoroughly disappointed. August 2019 update: a year later still finding things done wrong. Finally had someone fix the wiring and steering cable that Tom and his staff got wrong. My new boat person said the paint job I received from Superior is the worst he’s seen.
