This is a great company with good service; I’ve been with them for several years. They saved me hundreds of dollars per employee on health insurance.
have been trying to get a claim issue resolved since 9/24...so my husband can go get an eye exam...I have been waiting since Friday for a supervisor to call me "right back".....it's now Monday night and we are still waiting! He is still using temporary contacts...he needs contacts or he can't see...this is absolutely terrible!
