I have multiple rental properties with this company. They notified me that they were having trouble renewing one of my policies. I used my credit card to pay a day before it was cancelled. Apparently the insurance company denied it and instead of calling me right away, I was sent an email which I did not see until the next night. No phone call from the agent. Now my policy will be cancelled at midnight and I am uninsured until they open in the morning. This never should have happened and now I will be fined by my mortgage co... read more
