I was in town for work and needed a place to work out. I searched in the area for a power lofting gym, and this place popped up. I was close, so i just stopped by. The place was empty except for a personal trainer and one other guy. He was nice enough to call the owner and ask if i could pay for a day pass, Im from San Diego and the weightlifting community that im accustomed to is we all love the sport and help one another out. Great private gym. Tucked away behind a AAA towing office at the back of a nicely kept commercial occupancy. Down a long driveway located towards the rear with limited parking for about 8 cars. Very clean and friendly staff (DJ). I went there for a kids strength and conditioning class for an hourly session. Great for kids and highly recommended.
