Old bread Thats it. Im done buying your ciabatta bread. The last three I bought started molding the next day. I just had to throw out four . After the first ones went bad right away I started refrigerating them to help them last. That doesnt work. Im not throwing any more money away on your bread.
BEST IN THE BIZ I grew up in Superior Bakery Pizza and for 40 yrs I have never to this day found a better "true" bakery in my life that sells pizza strips or finger rolls- I have lived all the over the U.S. and I have never found anyplace better than S/B. They have the freshest, most incredible breads and rolls you'll ever have in your life and I sincerely hope that they will start sending their products to states all over the U.S.
Superior Bakery, Superior Pizza Superior Bakery is a very large bakery that provides bread to many local RI restaurants, as well as selling bread products in local supermarkets. At the bakery's main locaiton on Oaklawn Avenue, they also bake calzones and pizza right at the counter. The pizza can be purchased in a full sheet or by the slice.
