Went to Superior for WOF and to fix brakes, as car was shuddering and making a noise when I braked. Within a few months the shuddering and noise was back. I took it back. Was told that it was my fault because I hadn't taken car back as soon as it started shuddering. I asked why was the shudder back in the first place if they'd supposedly fixed the brakes. They put my car up on a hoist and checked the work they'd done then told me that what they'd written that they'd done on my invoice was not actually what they'd done. So th... read more
Not suggested… my car just have a small issue but it’s said should leave it there for a day and I’m not agree with that and went to other service store just fix it in few min done …
This service provider comes highly recommended! Annie the receptionist was friendly, professional and helpful. Ben who took care of my car was efficient, honest and very accommodating. Even though they were very busy - Ben dropped everything and gave me speedy and brilliant service at an affordable price. You will always have my business and support going forward.
