Brought in my 05 Tahoe where the rear differential was neglected by me and it locked up. Had it towed to the shop and 2 weeks later I had it back in my possession. Communication was great with what I needed, what was recommended, and what the cost would be. They didn't sell me anything that was not necessary, or pressure me in anyway. I only had one small issue and that was somehow my trailer 7 blade connector had its cover ripped off, but stuff happens. I'll spend the $40 and fix it myself.
