I was traveling through Susanville on a road trip when I had an issue with a bumper protector on the front of the car. I called Superior Autobody late in the afternoon and spoke with Cory who said he could take a look at it. I drove it in and Cory immediately went to work, despite my car not being a model that he usually sees (Tesla). Shannon the front desk staff was kind. She was very patient as we worked out insurance details and needing to reschedule. The work done is great, can’t tell the replacement part. I love that they cleaned the outside and vacuumed. I felt like I was driving away in a new car.
Our 2005 Dodge was fixed like nothing ever happened. Thank you for the great service and doing such an excellent job!!!
