Awful service! Takes advantage of people and charges for things that didn’t need to be fixed. I called for him to explain why he charged what he charged and he hung up on me....
DO NOT GO THIS PLACE FOR INSPECTION. Went to superior tire and auto to get my (well functioning) 2009 Nissan Versa inspected. After waiting 2 and a half hours for inspection to be completed the mechanic came up to the front desk and said "well you have many issues with the car." They continued to tell me the tires were bad, windshield wipers where bad, lights were too cloudy, licence frame light was out AND the subframe of the car was dented and needed to be replaced. Long time customer here. Mr. Kevin and the rest of his staff always do a top notch job on whatever we need to be safe on the road! A place that I trust to do the job that I need done, not pass it through and "pretend to do the oil change" or pretend to rotate the tires.
I am pleased every time I bring my car to this shop, prompt honest service.
Kevin is awesome .. We own a small towing service and this is the only place we go when our Rollback needs tires, brakes, etc. We also take all of our personal cars to him. . They are friendly , fast , and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone!
i took my vehicle to this business for state vehicle inspection. they failed me for poor tire threads. The threads on vehicle are far from being worn out. i took the vehicle to two different inspection stations afterwards and they both say that Superior auto and tire should not fail my vehicle.both places suggested that i report this business to the DMV. I will file a complaint with the DMV tomorrow. Taking my vehicle to a tire business for inspection was a bad idea. Obviously they wanted to sell me new tires.
I used Superior Tire for the first time about 3 months ago, when a friend of mind recommended them. I've been there twice now, and both times was very impressed with the service I received. They were fast, and I could tell by talking to them that they know what they're talking about. I usually don't have to wait and the people there are friendly. I also like that they are locally owned.
