Having read two poor reviews, have to say something. We have been taking our cars to Bill for the last 20 years. Not necessarily the cheapest, but always honest and dependable. His wife, for instance, suggested that rather than repairing our 12 year old car this week, we should consider getting another- Nice to be able to count on his family not only for necessary repairs but also balance advise.
Do NOT favor this business. On 1-19-12 I called (Valvoline Express Care) and specificly asked the price of an Oil Change for my Ford 7.3 liter Diesel, I was quoted $ 70.99, so I went to get it changed. Upon them completing a very professional oil change, Great communication during the change (oil level, quality, air filter, etc..), but that all changed when they provided me with a bill for $ 171.38 including tax.
