I recently had superior auto install a block heater in my van but because they couldn't find a block heater that fit my van they instead installed a 100W silicone heating pad which was totally inadequate for the weather we experience here. the block heater they/I wanted to install was a 600 watt block heater so clearly the 100w silicone pad which is on the outside of the oil pan wouldn't be adequate. HAD MY DODGE RAM TRANSMISSION OVERHAULED IN 2009. SEVEN YEARS LATER IT QUIT. CALLED SUPERIOR TOLD HIM THE SYMPTOMS AND THEY CORRECTLY DIAGONOSED IT AS CLOGGED FILTER. CHANGED FILTER GOOD AS NEW AND VERY LITTLE CLUTCH MATERIAL IN PAN. MANY THANKS TO A GOOD BUSINESS , CLAYTON HOLTE

My husband and I just moved here. We purchased an older truck for a second vehicle. After owning the truck a couple of days it wouldn't start.
