New owner and not the same. Anyone with work done by old owner that has issues are SOL as new owner will not cover anything from before he took over. Very upset with Rich as he put new tires on my wife’s car and did such a bad job on installation he ruined the front 2 and I now have to pay for 4 new ones as no one will take responsibility for the screw up. Great service at a fair price. Customer service is amazing as well, a small billing error was immediately fixed without any issue. I won't be going anywhere else.
