I was rear ended. I went to superior for an estimate. Progressive also sent a rep to superior. I told them my back tire was screeching like a banshee and felt like it was going to drop my rear end-my exact words. They never did an estimate over my tire, neither of them. My bumper was repaired. And superior said I needed an alignment. So, I paid out of pocket for that. When I picked up my car I drove around the block and back to the shop. I said the problem still exists. These guys are the best in town, excellent work and they stand by it, Huston is very thorough and experienced and I Highly recommend them...
Great experience. Nice staff. I had my bumper replaced and they were quick and even gave the inside of my car a detail. It was an awesome surprise.
The shop is easy to find. Referred to Superior by State Farm.
