very prompt and professional, only took them 2 weeks to lose half the screws to my skid plate, crack my splitter, and misdiagnose a broken shifter as needing a new transmission. still waiting on the estimate that i was told i would get emailed a few minutes after we get off the phone a week and a half ago but i’m sure it’s coming any second now
From the first call to picking up my car today, Greg was professional and friendly. Everyone I spoke to in the shop was professional and friendly as well. Not only did they have my Mini repaired sooner than expected, They also had it detailed which was a nice surprise. I was rear ended. I went to superior for an estimate. Progressive also sent a rep to superior. I told them my back tire was screeching like a banshee and felt like it was going to drop my rear end-my exact words. They never did an estimate over my tire, neither of them. My bumper was repaired. And superior said I needed an alignment. So, I paid out of pocket for that. When I picked up my car I drove around the block and back to the shop. I said the problem still exists.
