They really go the extra mile to help when there was an issue and Lisa and Cheyenne really went the extra mile. Love the Jeep
We worked with Lisa Miller at this location (Newark) and she was absolutely wonderful! We originally were working with the Lancaster location and they were a joke, we were in and out of the Newark location with our vehicle in no time.
DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE !! They are extremely rude and don’t care about nothing but money they repoed my car ones time over a 3$ difference , they didn’t even have a tow truck drive it someone came and drive it their self . they have no respect and no morals the lady told me she would call me back and never did ! then the next day she said it wasn’t her problem they never called back this whole experience with this car place had been a nightmare ! please be aware and stay far far far away from this car place . !!!! she al... read more
