Very unhappy with the management out of the defiance location multiple times they have taken 2 payments at once I received the money back but this last time it happened it’s been a struggle to get it back at first they said that it didn’t happen but now there saying it happened after 5 pm so have to wait 3 days but I called them at 3:15 the day it happened very disappointed I’ve been a loyal customer over 4 years never missed a single payment.
