Vince was friendly at first. Then he was deceptive and lied about the parts he would fix. Vince would not provide me with a written detailed estimate until after I turned in my car. The estimate was emailed to me, so I could not review it on the spot. Vague and misleading language in the estimate created pathways for Vince to not fix parts we agreed he would fix.
