Bad communication, very unprofessional when getting a quote.
I told them I wanted to get my car fixed (body work) showed them all the dents and told them it will be a new color inside and outside with a lot of flakes (sparkles). Given a quote of 2k and I had to buy my own parts. No problem, they said 1 week and one week turned into 2 weeks and a day or so.. no issue I said take your time as long as it’s right.
