I had use superior on three previous occasions and they did great work. My son took his Toyota truck to them for repairs on my recommendation and has taken it back 7 times and they made it worse from poor quality repairs.
Very professional service, great communication, kind people
I've had nothing but issues with the quality of work at Superior. They replaced my roof panel in 2020, and my truck has been back to them 5 times to have work corrected, and it's still not done properly. I've had rust show up under the paint multiple times. I came in with a busted rear bumper and broken blind spot monitoring. I left with a beautifully restored bumper, working blind spot monitoring, and two dome lights that no longer work. Great job on the repair, but the supplemental damage takes away from the repair. Additionally, one of the pieces holding my dash in place, albeit very small, is now missing as well, taking away from the interior aesthetic of the vehicle.
Greg and Bobby were extremely responsive and professional. Greg prioritized my repairs despite staff sickness causing workforce shortages. I would highly recommend this team. My car looks amazing.
