I have never once had a bad experience! I usually see Dr. Jessi but have seen Dr. Carrie once, both are fantastic ladies! Lisa is always great at the front desk and very helpful! I go here for my hearing needs, and bring my nonverbal autistic child to see Dr. Jessie, she's absolutely amazing with him! You WILL feel heard and seen for any and all concerns!
I've been seeing Dr. Skog, for a few years now and she is one of the best. The whole office is always happy and helpful. Dr. Skog is one who doesn't rush you and makes sure any questions you have are answered. Thank you Dr. Skog and staff.
Everyone at Superior Audiology is amazing. They have gone above and beyond for my family over the years. My daughter is deaf and has been seeing Dr. Skog since she was a toddler. Dr. Skog has always been great with her, and her little sister when we were determining if she was deaf too. We had a fantastic experience at Superior Audiology! The staff is incredibly warm, patient and knowledgeable. They made my daughters feel completely at ease during the hearing tests, explaining everything in a fun and easy way to understand. It is clear they love working with kids, from the children books in the waiting room to the gentle, reassuring approach during the exam.
