Bought a used washing machine there on 10/6/12. Came with 30 day warranty. Machine overflowed. Called to have warranty call. Was told I would have to return it to the store to have it repaired. After sharing grief about hassle to bring back, they agreed to come out and take a look at it. Within 48 hours they came, repaired. Tech was very cordial and agreed to come back if there were any issues. My recommendation is if you buy from there, ask them what geographical area they'll cover if there's a warranty issue.
