I am very disappointed. I've been cheated out $400 for the maintenance fee 4 days ago and still my machine is not working. I've been contacting the repairman and I've been ignored. I've been calling your office and I haven't had much response. I would like a full refunds and I will not use this service or recommend it to anyone else at this point. Very disappointed. I will be taking legal actions if I d o not get my full refund back

I am not one to ever write reviews but I have to about my experience with my recent appliance repair. I had an issue with my wall oven and I am located in London, ON. I reached out and within 30min someone called me. Set up a visit with my tech Ahmed within a week I was back up and running. Only reason it as a week is because a part was required.
