Dr. West and the techs were super helpful and professional. They made the whole process smooth and stress-free for my pet. I'd definitely give them five stars for their excellent service.

Very disappointed ! Spent $500 bucks begging for antibiotics of some kind and Dr West wanted to check with her colleagues to get a diagnosis still knows nothing ! Gave me steroids said it’s a bandaid ! My dog got better naturally but because I would not spend the money for testing she refused to even see all my animals for shots! She is a new doctor great for shots but if your dog is sick Run Run Run away from Dr West at Superior Animal in Alto Texas
Use any other vet if possible they just don't seem to care anymore your questions and concerns are just shrugged off. I miss Dr.kessel ever since they changed the service sucks they never call you back, you'll never meet the actual vet just the staff around. there prices have gone up significantly for worse service please if you care for your animals take them elsewhere unless it's an emergency
