They kept my husband for two hours in the driveway waiting for someone to come help carry him in and when they finally showed up they nearly turned the stretcher over because they only had one wheel on the stairs. They caught him just before he hit the ground. It was one big joke with them.

This company is the most horrific company. They will not tell you they can refuse to accept insurance. You can't get through to anyone in billing despite 2 separate 20 minute holds. Then when I called another way I got someone who would not listen to everything I had to say, then told me they can refuse insurance payments, and tat insurance had to contact them about billing errors, but they also refuse to respond to insurance requests for more information about a charge.
