This company is the most horrific company. They will not tell you they can refuse to accept insurance. You can't get through to anyone in billing despite 2 separate 20 minute holds. Then when I called another way I got someone who would not listen to everything I had to say, then told me they can refuse insurance payments, and tat insurance had to contact them about billing errors, but they also refuse to respond to insurance requests for more information about a charge. I have used superior more than once and am happy with the type of compassion caring and empathy these young bucks have! Hats off to whoever runs the station close to my home (Schaumburg)!
Great work place with flexible scheduling and wonderful employees. Very excited for the Schaumburg stations renovations to be complete and to see what else is in store.
