Awful company. They transported my infant son from Sherman to Lutheran General due to RSV in July of 2022. I NEVER should've let them transport him at all, but I was purely in survival mode. I ended up being even more scared for him and myself the whole drive. He was not secured properly in ANY way. I wish I had fought and refused to let them transport him and insisted on getting an oxygen tank and taken him in his car seat so we both would've actually been safe, and frankly that wouldn't have cost anywhere near the $4000 th... read more
