The guys faced a challenge- getting my family member up some stairs into the house, and handled it quickly and safely, which we appreciated very much. However, it might be wise not to push someone who tells you they are *physically unable to walk* due to their current medical condition and disability to "at least try" to walk up the stairs. If that were possible, we would not have depended on a transport service to bring them home. Sensitivity to a disabled person's condition should be basic professionalism.

I banged up my shoulder and broke my foot a few days ago. Connor, Devon and Trainee Sahib took excellent care of me and that helped me stay relatively calm. Thank You.
Nobody wants to be in an emergency situation needing to ride in an ambulance, but Nate and our driver took what was a scary and stressful situation as a mother, and made me feel comfortable and peaceful on our ride to Syracuse. I am so grateful for the kindness and understanding of this crew in a time when I needed that!
