Be aware this company does not contract with health insurance and you will be responsible for all their charges. Mercy Health should make their patients aware of this fact. The customer service at superior is very unfriendly. I'm not sure what the alternatives are but do not choose Superior!
Charges things that they never used. I would not recommend this transportation company. Their Customer Service is terrible but only Quinn was pleasant to talk with. The other guy was rude speaking with me then hung up on me cause he raised his voice I raised mine. You know the saying “Treat the customer as the way you want to be treated”.
